A UK-based Nigerian nurse has lamented over the living conditions while stating that life in the United Kingdom is not as pleasant as many imagine.
In a TikTok video, the lady said that living and working in the UK is overhyped and a big struggle.
She made the lamentation video after receiving her salary and seeing the bills she is meant to settle out of her pay.
According to the young woman, rent, taxes, and other bills always eat too deep into her income.
She went ahead to say that Africa is blessed if not that it is troubled with corrupt leaders. She added that despite the monetary challenges she does not have to worry about bad healthcare, insecurity, or bad roads.
