Kylian Mbappe has revealed his prediction for Saturday’s UEFA Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan.
Man City are within reach of achieving a treble after winning the Premier League and FA Cup trophies.
However, they come face-to-face with three-time European champions, Inter Milan, who are also aiming to achieve a cup treble following their triumph in the Coppa Italia and the Italian Supercup.
City, who are yet to break the Champions League ceiling despite banging on the glass for some time now, reached the final in swashbuckling fashion after eliminating giants, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in the quarterfinal and semi-final stages, respectively.
On the flip side, the Nerazzurri have shrewdly gone about their business in seeking European glory for a fourth time, after bundling out surprise package, Benfica (quarter-final) and neighbours, AC Milan (semi-final) from the competition, Khelnow reports.
When asked who he thinks would emerge champions in Saturday’s final at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium, Mbappe threw his weight behind the English side.
“It’s going to be a great game. I am going to watch it,” Mbappe said, as quoted by the Sun. “I think Man City are going to win!”
