Fake Gbajabiamila in Lagos Court for Alleged Multi-Million Naira Fraud

The Lagos state police command has arraigned Suleiman Gbajabiamila, a 62-year-old man before the Yaba Chief Magistrate’s Court 1, for alleged N30million fraud, The Guardian reported. According to the newspaper, Gbajabiamila duped a United Kingdom-based Nigerian man, Lateef Adeyemo.

It’s gathered that Gbajabiamila had absconded for months before he was nabbed and arraigned before Chief Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun. Gbajabiamila is said to be facing a two-count charge of stealing and false presentation, which might see him bag jail sentence as stipulated under Section 287 of the criminal law of Lagos State 2015.
